Previous to joining ER in 2021, Tiffany worked for the Office of the Montana State Auditor, Commissioner of Securities and Insurance, for nine years, where she was the Forms Analyst responsible for compliance review and approvals of industry Property & Casualty, Life, Annuities, Disability and Health Insurance form filings prior to use in Montana.
Tiffany has a strong insurance compliance background with an emphasis on State Insurance Department regulation. Tiffany worked closely with the NAIC on various Working Groups to improve uniformity initiatives related to speed-to-market, regulatory compliance, ACA, and state-specific filing requirements. Over the years, Tiffany served as the primary contact for Montana on the ACA form and binder filing submissions.
Tiffany is a member of the Insurance Regulatory Examiners Society (IRES) and holds the Certified Insurance Examiner (CIE) and Market Conduct Management (MCM) designations as well as AHIP’s Healthcare Compliance Professional (HCP) designation. Tiffany resides and works in Helena, Montana.
