The Financial Examination Division has been providing examination services since the company’s inception in 2002. Our financial examiners conduct examinations using the Risk-Focused Surveillance Approach in compliance with the NAIC Examiners Handbook requirements and Accreditation Standards.

• All major lines of insurance including title, professional employer organizations, captives, viaticals, medical malpractice, and conducting HIPAA, prompt pay and operational reviews.
• Our financial examiners hold multiple certifications including CFE, AFE, CISA, CPA, CFE (fraud), CPCU and ACI.
• Training services to assist insurance departments in developing their staff.
