Solomon worked for Taylor-Walker Consulting, LLC (TWC) for his entire 14-year actuarial career, prior to TWC’s acquisition by ER on January 1, 2024. He has experience assisting regulators on many financial examinations of property and casualty, life, and health insurers. He also provides other regulatory services such as evaluating rate filing analyses, analyzing reinsurance structures, assisting in ORSA filing reviews, and reviewing Form A and Form D filings. Solomon has also conducted reserve, ratemaking, and feasibility analyses for insurance entities and self-insured groups.
Solomon received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, with an emphasis in Statistics, from the University of Utah. He is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS), a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), and a Member of the Academy of Actuaries (MAAA). Solomon lives in West Jordan, Utah with his wife and two daughters and works in South Jordan, Utah.
