Katie Dzurec is a Director in Examination Resources, LLC’s Health Consulting Services Division. As a past state and federal regulator, industry professional, and policy consultant, Katie has helped lead efforts to address healthcare coverage access, enforcement, and compliance issues. Throughout her career, Katie has directed inter-agency and inter-state collaboration on mental health parity enforcement efforts, and she is regarded as a subject matter expert in the areas of healthcare reform, mental health parity, and market conduct examinations.
Katie holds a B.A. degree in Linguistics from the Universe of Oregon, a law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law, a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Maine, and a Master of Laws with a focus in Insurance Law from the University of Connecticut School of Law. She resides in Washington, DC.
