Chris DiBona has over 25 years’ experience in the accounting field in both the private and public sectors and in the concentrations of bookkeeping, financial reporting, financial planning, and taxation. Her bookkeeping and taxation began as a staff accountant for a local CPA firm in Chapel Hill, NC where she was involved in payroll processing, bookkeeping for local companies and individual tax preparation. As the Accounting Manager at Damascus Homes, LLC and Parish Capital Advisors, LLC, she was responsible for all accounting processes for a minimum of 5 intercompany entities and was the liaison for the annual audits. During her time at an investment company and a pharmacovigilance company she worked with multi-office companies in multiple countries.
Chris is currently a Manager for Receiverships and Special Projects. In her role as Manager, she is responsible for overseeing the accounting and finance functions of insurance companies that have been placed into supervision, rehabilitation, or liquidation.
Chris obtained a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a member of the Society of Financial Examiners (SOFE). Chris works and resides in Huntsville, AL.
