Ashley has over 6 years of experience in Human Resources and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. Prior to joining ER in 2022, she worked in the Executive Search and Staffing industry where she focused on employment law compliance across the US, independent contractor management, HR technology implementations and process improvement.
Our staff is key to our success at ER. As an HR Business Partner, Ashley supports ER’s growth by providing compliant and engaging experiences for employees and contractors. She is responsible for our HR administration, guiding managers and staff through HR matters, and working with company leaders on organization-wide improvements. Ashley received a BBA in Business Management from Georgia State University. She resides and works in Atlanta, GA.
