The ER international team participated directly in meetings of the Financial Stability Forum (predecessor of the Financial Stability Board) and has worked directly with the Federal Insurance Office, Financial Stability Oversight Council as well as insurance regulatory bodies from over 20 countries through technical assistance projects for the IMF, World Bank and the Asian Development Bank.
Our work with several U.S. insurance departments includes ORSA reviews, participation in Supervisory Colleges of Internationally Active Insurance Groups (IAIGs), certified reinsurer applications, Form A reviews of IAIG acquisitions of U.S. domiciled insurers and providing input concerning group capital requirements and the Common Framework for the Supervision of IAIGs.
