Caroline began her career in insurance regulation and compliance at Examination Resources performing market conduct exams across life, annuity, and property and casualty lines of business. Subsequently, she joined UnitedHealthcare where she led Internal Compliance Audit teams working to identify evolving regulatory compliance risks across the organization’s Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial lines of business. She also collaborated with clinical operations leaders to prepare external audit deliverables and perform regulatory risk analysis for Medicaid utilization management and mental health parity. Caroline rejoined the Examination Resources team in 2021 as Assistant Supervisor on the CCIIO MHPAEA NQTL Audit Team. Caroline is a member of the Insurance Regulatory Examiners Society (IRES) and holds the designation of Market Conduct Management (MCM). Caroline works and resides in Minneapolis, MN.
