Our team has several individuals who have earned the IRES Certified Insurance Examiner (CIE), Accredited Insurance Examiner (AIE), or Market Conduct Management (MCM) designations. Team members consist of former insurance company compliance attorneys, former National Association of Insurance Commissioner (NAIC) Market Regulation Staff, including the NAIC’s first Market Analysis Manager, and former state regulators, such as the head of a Property and Casualty Division at the Department of Insurance and a Chief Market Conduct examiner. Each team member brings a specialized skill or area of focus to the team. Some have extensive underwriting or rating expertise, while others have hands-on claims handling experience. But most important, our team is passionate about market regulation and assisting state regulators in identifying issues and areas of concern.
