ER has been providing examination services to the State of Georgia since starting the company in 2002. Since that time, we have conducted over 30 financial and market conduct examinations for the State of Georgia and over 200 market conduct examinations and more recently financial examinations for the State of Florida. In addition to serving the State of Georgia and State of Florida, ER has completed financial and/or market conduct examinations for the states of Colorado, Michigan, Alabama, New York, West Virginia and Minnesota. We have also conducted information system reviews for the states of North Dakota and Idaho, in addition to the states already mentioned above.

ER is the sole provider for the State Board of Administration, Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund (Cat Fund) for providing specialized claim review examinations of hurricane related claims. We have a dedicated staff with expertise in the field of hurricane related claims regarding homeowners’ policies to determine proper loss reporting by participating companies to the Cat Fund. ER is scheduled to perform over 100 hurricane related claim examinations for the Cat Fund over the next few years.

We have also performed special projects including operational reviews, data validation of filed policy and claim related regulatory reports, review of affiliated business arrangements of title companies with realtors, mortgage companies and builders, and the determination of suitability of annuities sold to senior citizens.
