Ms. Fuller has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. The first 10 years were spent in commercial banking, where she managed the largest portfolio of clients in her field. With the implementation of the ACA, Ms. Fuller shifted her focus to health insurance regulation and compliance and began her career at ER as an Examiner performing policy form reviews. She has reviewed policy forms for compliance with ACA regulations for over 10 years. In that time, she has worked on many special projects related to the ACA compliance. In her current role at ER, she has helped to develop and implement the process and procedures for forms compliance with the ACA. She is a subject matter expert in EHB, the SBC form, and MEC plans. She also leads the team tasked with enforcing the No Surprises Act. Ms. Fuller currently serves as a Supervisor for ER’s health consulting division.
