Rebecca is the Manager of the QPA Audits team for ER’s health consulting division. In this role, she is an Examiner-in-Charge and provides guidance to a team of analysts for the Qualifying Payment Amount audits under No Surprises Act regulations. Each year, the team performs 26 separate QPA audits.
Rebecca has 10+ years' experience working in health plan and benefits administration compliance. Her career has been focused on regulatory interpretation and implementation. Rebecca has worked with multiple companies to implement HIPAA, PPACA, and NSA regulations. In her previous role, she led efforts to implement Balance Billing legislation at both the state and federal levels for a local health plan.
